British Libyan Business Association visits Zliten Chamber of Commerce – Libyan-British Industrial Forum to be held

The British Libyan Business Association (BLBA), represented by Director Alex Breingan, visited Zliten Chamber of Commerce on Thursday.

Breingan was received by the head of the Administration Committee, Mohamed Abuktif, the Undersecretary of the Zliten Municipal Bureau, Mohamed Al -Naqeeb, and in the presence of the economy observer with Zliten, Fathi Dakah, Mr. Ismail Kashlout, the observer of industry, Zliten, and members of the Chamber’s Management Committee.

This visit comes to establish direct relations with economic actors in the city of Zliten and to directly assess its commercial and economic activities.

Zliten Chamber reaching out to establish partnerships
Speaking to Libya Herald, member of the Board of Zliten Chamber of Commerce, Jalal Bani, confirmed that this visit is part of a series of visits which the Chamber’s administration is coordinating for several joint international chambers of commerce and businessmen in neighbouring and friendly countries in Europe to establish partnerships.

Zliten Chamber seeks direct business relations
Bani affirmed that the invitation to the BLBA to Zliten Chamber of Commerce comes in order to establish commercial relations directly with businessmen, companies, and industrial and commercial institutions in the United Kingdom. It is also with the aim to achieve the transfer of industrial technology and localization of some industries that can be established in Zliten.
