The Tripoli Chamber of Commerce is working to organising a joint economic forum with the London Chamber of Commerce ‘‘during the coming period’’ in Tripoli.
It said the event will include the participation of businesses in both countries under the supervision of the Ministry of Economy and Trade and the relevant authorities.
The revelation was made by Tripoli Chamber Sunday after it had participated in a meeting at the Ministry of Economy and Trade in Tripoli with the Deputy Ambassador of the United Kingdom, Catherine Wild and the Commercial Attaché at the Embassy, Simon Field.
At the meeting the Chairman of Tripoli Chamber reviewed the results of the visit of its delegation to the UK in September, during which a memorandum of understanding was signed with the Arab British Chamber.
