Benghazi Port Authority reported Sunday that construction on its port tower started.
The work started with the pouring of reinforced concrete for the first part of the base of the building with an area of 3,200 square meters.
It reported that 1,150 cubic meters of concrete were supplied, and that concrete pouring will be completed by Sunday or Monday.
