The Attorney General’s Office announced Tuesday that it had ordered the arrest of those suspected of causing damage to and stealing the pre-stressed Man-Made River concrete pipes.
The suspects are accused of causing serious damage to the the Man-Made River system project, damage to pre-stressed concrete pipes, stealing the high-strength wires that make them up, with intent to gain misappropriation.
