Libya’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation expressed its thanks and deep gratitude Tuesday for what the ‘‘sisterly state of Tunisia announced in its recent statement in which it rallied its Tunisian hospitals and medical staff to help the Libyans who were injured in the municipality of Bint Baya after the explosion of a fuel tanker.’’
The Foreign Ministry quoted Foreign Minister Najla Al-Mangoush saying ‘‘This solidarity is not strange for the State of Tunisia, thanking His Excellency the President of the Tunisian Republic, Mr. Kais Saied, as this solidarity from Tunisia is an affirmation that what unites the two brotherly peoples is fraternal relations and a spirit of solidarity through thick and thin in all cases facing the two countries without exception’’.
