Prime Minister Abd Alhamid Aldabaiba, demanded yesterday that the National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) submit a mandatory plan for vaccination against the Coronavirus, through administrative and legal procedures binding on citizens.
He made his demand during a meeting with Hayder Al-Sayeh, the head of the NCDC yesterday.
Aldabaiba stressed, during his meeting the necessity of issuing an electronic application (App) and electronic cards for restaurants in accordance with international standards, to assist citizens in movement when they travel, as well as establishing a sound electronic database.
The meeting comes on the back of the arrival of three million Sinopharm vaccines in Tripoli on Sunday.
