Tunisia will help Libya to establish and develop its industrial zones sector, the country’s Ministry of Industry and Minerals revealed Tuesday.
The news came following a meeting between Libya’s Minister of Industry and Minerals Ahmed Abuhisa and Tunisian Ambassador to Libya Asaad Al-Ajili and his accompanying delegation at the Ministry’s office.
The meeting discussed how Libya could benefit from the Tunisian expertise in establishing and equipping industrial zones, as the Tunisian delegation expressed its willingness to cooperate in this field.
Also during the meeting, the initial coordination between the Libyan Industrial Zones Authority and the General Director of the Industrial Real Estate Agency of Tunisia took place.
The Tunisian delegation expressed its readiness to work on feasibility studies, develop complete industrial scenarios, supervise the achievement in industrial zones, its readiness to visit and evaluate them, and provide technical support.
