London, 25 March 2021:

Musa Koni, Libyan Presidency Council Deputy said that Libya found European support through France to help it overcome its transitional stage and reach the desired elections by the end of December.

Koni, quoted by Libyan media, was speaking after Tuesday’s visit to Paris with his Presidency Council head Mohamed Menfi to meet French President Emmanuel Macron.

He said the Presidential Council and the Government of National Unity are working to unify Libya’s financial and military institutions to lift the suffering of Libyan citizens. He noted that this has already begun with the work of Ministries and the integrated government meeting on Wednesday.
