London, 22 December 2020:

Expertise France, executing projects for the EU, is to help Libya promote its industrial sector, Tripoli’s Ministry of Economy and Industry’s National Industry Promotion Authority (NIPA) reported last week.

During a meeting between the two held Monday (14 December) previous programmes and means of cooperation in new programmes were discussed.

The NIPA presented a proposal for cooperation in some of the programmes that it is working to achieve, namely:

1- A centre for green industries and clean production

2- Clusters and industrial zones

3- A technical centre in the field of packaging

NIPA reported that Expertise France took these programmes into consideration for workshops that will be held according to a plan prepared agreed by both parties.
