London, 13 November 2020:
A meeting was held on Tuesday (10 October) at the Tripoli headquarters of Libya’s Tripoli-based General Youth and Sports Authority (GYSA) with the Tripoli-based breakaway House of Representatives (HoR) to discuss a proposal to implement a project of 2,870 housing units in the smart housing city for youth to be implemented within the GYSA’s Tripoli projects as a first stage.
The GYSA reported that the meeting dealt with ways to complete the rest of the implementation of the contracted units through investment and real estate development. Joint cooperation was emphasized in order to use all means and measures to make this proposal a model on the ground in the near future. In conclusion, it was agreed to form a joint committee that will be in constant contact between all parties until the implementation of the project is initiated.
