London, 25 July 2020:

Libya’s private sector North Africa Bank (NAB) has announced the imminent launch of a batch of improved banking services.

NAB says it has 57 branches across Libya and says this geographical spread of branches has made it the preferred bank in Libya.

It reports it is currently developing and improving its banking services by bringing in the best banking systems and signing strategic partnerships with the best and most prominent e-service providers – both domestically and internationally.

NAB also says that it is working on the rehabilitation and development of its staff and adds that currently the technical teams of the bank are working hard to increase the efficiency of electronic services and connect communication between branches.

It added that it aims to be the first e-bank to offer its services in all cities of Libya and transfer all its services via mobile applications and the e-portal.

In the coming days, it added, a number of electronic services and a range of local cards (direct debit – prepaid) will also be launched.
