Ministry of Finance launches e-platform for 2021 budget preparation

The Tripoli Ministry of Finance has launched an e-portal for preparing the 2021 budget  (Photo: PC/GNA).

London, 7 July 2020:

The Ministry of Finance, aligned to Libya’s internationally recognized government in Tripoli, launched an online platform to prepare the state’s 2021 budget.

In its statement today, the Ministry of Finance said that the initiative was part of facilitating services provided to ministries, agencies and public interests.

It called on all stakeholders in the public treasury to use the estimates of next year’s budget for 2021 to the budget department through this new electronic platform.

It will be recalled that the Finance Ministry had issued a publication on the preparation of the 2021 state budget.
