Libya’s National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) reported yesterday another death from Coronavirus (Covid-19), bringing the total deaths to two.
It also announced that a suspected case of Coronavirus had proved positive – bringing the country’s total positive cases to 60. The new case had mixed with a previously known case.
On a related issue, the Tripoli government yesterday adjusted the existing curfew for the fasting month of Ramadan to run from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. from next Tuesday, 28 April for 10 days.
The curfew continues the closure of large shops in all activities but allowed banks to open as long as they put in place the necessary precautionary measures to prevent gatherings.
