The Presidency Council (PC) has taken a number of steps to reduce tensions and end the on-off fighting in Sebha, the new spokesman for Presidency Council head Faiez Serraj said.

Speaking at his first press conference, Mohamed Sallak said that after meeting with a wide number of representatives from the south, Serraj had formed a committee made up of House of Representative and High State Council members and other active personalities from the south.
