Tunis, 14 January 2016:
The Tripoli Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TCCI) has confirmed to Libya Herald that it . . .[restrict]is interested in receiving investment proposals involving two of its buildings.
The first building is a two-floor building located at Najid Street adjacent to the current headquarters of the TCCI and near the Algerian embassy in the Ghazzala district of central Tripoli
The second building is a four-floor building located in Omar Mokhtar Street just off Martyr Square. This building is well known to many Libyans as it used to be rented to the Tax Department.
The TCCI has called upon potential investors to contact its Investment Department for further details and to present any proposals by 1st February 2016.
It will be recalled, and as reported by Libya Herald, that the TCCI had made this announcement before, back in June 2014. However, the post revolutionary transitional stage that Libya finds itself in since 2011 has meant that the TCCI has had to re-advertise its invitation for investment proposals. [/restrict]
