Tunis, 5 August 2015:
Ajdabiya City Council’s Fathi Hurna has revealed today that his city is to receive 22 . . .[restrict]trucks loaded with cooking gas cylinders from the city of Tobruk.
Hirna said 10 trucks were due today as a first wave with each truck carrying about 490 cylinders.
This comes on the back of news from Brega Marketing that it has dispatched 1.8 million litres of fuel to the city and its suburbs after an end to a strike by fuel truck drivers.
Ajdabiya and its suburbs stretching to the suburbs of Sirte have been suffering acute cooking gas and fuel shortages. [/restrict]
