Tripoli, 23 June 2015:
A notary was killed today in Khoms, 120 kilometres east of Tripoli. Salem Abu Aoun died . . .[restrict]when a bomb exploded in his office this morning. Three other people who were in the office at the time were injured, one seriously.
The home-made device is said to have been delivered in a bag.
It is thought the attack was personally motivated. Khoms, sympathetic to the Muslim Brotherhood and loyal to Libya Dawn for the past year, has been a relative haven of tranquillity almost since the revolution ended, with very little violence. [/restrict]
