Benghazi, 23 February 2015: A vehicle belonging to the Finance Minister, Kamal Al-Hassi, was set on fire in . . .[restrict]Beida last night. The identity of the culprits is unknown but the attack is not seen as terrorist-related. It is thought it may have been either a personal attack or in revenge for a decision taken by the minister. Reports that it was destroyed by a bomb were untrue, an official said. An explosion was caused by the petrol tank blowing up, he reported. [/restrict]
