Tripoli, 8 January 2015:
The government of Prime Minister Abdullah Al-Thinni has released a statement thanking the Arab League for . . .[restrict]its show of support at its emergency meeting on Libya this week.
The Beida-based government’s statement also mentioned the government’s appreciation for Arab League support of the UN-led dialogue process, saying they wish to see all parties, regardless of political ideas, at the dialogue table, thus minimising marginalisation of any group or party.
The statement emphasised that the government still believed that dialogue was “the only way out of the crisis” and called on all parties to engage in dialogue and forsake the “language of arms”. [/restrict]
