Tripoli, 22 March 2014:
The C-5 rocket which exploded last night at the Intelligence headquarters near the capital’s Airport Road . . .[restrict]is believed by the fire department to have been launched from army weapons depot across the road.
There are, however, no clues as to who the culprits might be.
The rocket landed in an open space in front of the building in an area used as a training ground and causing miminal damage.
The buildings used by intelligence previously served as a Qaddafi ideological training centre and camp for children. [/restrict]
