At least two events are planned to take place on Saturday 8th March to mark . . .[restrict]International Women’s Day.
A panel discussion under the banner “Youth and change, problems and solutions for a better future hand in hand, along with women” is to be held at Haroon hotel, Dahra, Tripoli (no time was provided).
The event is organized by the Women’s Union of the Libyan (Tripoli branch) with the participation of a number of NGOs as well as a leading European participant, LANA reports.
On the same day, the EU Delegation in Libya and Gender Concerns International are organizing a “celebration of International Women’s Day and the official launch of the Dastoor (constitution) Project” at 4.30 pm at the Waddan hotel, Tripoli. [/restrict]
