The bodies of the 11 people killed in Friday’s air ambulance crash in Tunisia are to . . .[restrict]be flown back to Tripoli’s Mitiga Airbase this afternoon, along with members of the victims’ families who went to Tunis to try and identify them.
A ceremony will be held at the airbase, a member of the military’s air ambulance unit told the Libya Herald.
The ill-fated Antonov 26’s two black boxes were found yesterday among the charred wreckage, the Tunisian Ministry of Transport has said.
The inquiry into the crash is being carried out by a joint 10-member Tunisian-Libyan team. [/restrict]
