Tripoli, 27 November 2013:

Afriqiyah’s London Gatwick office has launched a new Twitter account which will enable passengers and customers to check . . .[restrict]exact flight departure and expected arrival times, and keep up-to-date with any delays or changes to scheduled services.

The new account, with the ‘handle’ @Afriqiyah.LGW, will be updated daily with flight information, head of Afriqiyah’s UK operations Alan Mates told the Libya Herald. The account, launched two days, will also benefit those doing airport pick-ups.

“We will also use the new Twitter account to announce any operational information, baggage allowances and special offers on a regular basis,” Mates said. [/restrict]
