Tripoli’s National Security Head, Colonel Mohamed Suwaisi, together with the head of the capital’s Licensing and . . .[restrict]Traffic Directorate, Colonel Faraj Aljabri and several other officers and technicians embarked on an aerial inspection tour over the city yesterday to look at its roads and traffic usage.
They had been asked to do so by the Minister of Interior as part of efforts to solve the congestion problems. [/restrict]
