A Memorandum of Understanding was signed in Rome last week between the National Council of Architects of Italy . . .[restrict]and the Libyan Board of Architecture represented by the Chairman Ghalib Al Qublawi.
The MoU aims at activating the exchange of knowledge and experiences between Libyan and Italian architects, the organisation of training courses and joint exhibitions/conferences as well as the promotion of initiatives for the restoration and preservation of historic buildings in Libya. [/restrict]
