Decision makers from NOC Libya include, H.E. Abdelbari Al-Arusi, Minister of Oil & Gas, Libya, and Dr Nurri Berruein, Chairman of NOC Libya, who will provide an overview of Libya’s rich hydrocarbon sector and the opportunities available for potential investors looking to enter the Libyan oil and gas market.

The oil and natural gas industry makes up more than 70 percent of Libya’s economy and generates almost all the state’s revenue according to the International Monetary Fund. Consequently, Libya is preparing to draw up a new oil law which will allow them to launch a licensing round and attract international investment for their biggest GDP industry.
