Tripoli, 6 August 2013:
The Indian embassy held a Ramadan iftar (fast-breaking) meal at the Indian restaurant Safir located in Baladia Street behind the Al-Kabir hotel, Tripoli, yesterday.
The meal, hosted by Indian Ambassador Anil Trigunayat attracted about 30 people from the GNC, government, the Foreign Ministry, business and the media.
Maghreb prayer was conducted on the mezzanine floor of the restaurant before everyone enjoyed a lavish buffet of Indian food.
