An academy with a difference in Tripoli

We are now, by a long mile, Google News’ most quoted source on Libya.

It is an amazing performance, in view of the fact that we are self-financed, started from scratch and remain a small, but highly dedicated writing and production team.

We would like to thank all those journalists and the advertisers who have supported us, for their part in our growth and development over the last year.

But we must also take this opportunity to thank you – our readers – for your loyalty, your ideas and your tips for stories. We really are grateful for all your feedback,  including your criticisms.  We know that there are many areas where we still need to do better. We don’t take our readership and its trust for granted. We aim to continue in 2013 as we did in 2012, listening to you and always seeking to improve.

We believe that Libya Herald has established itself, beyond doubt, as the prime medium for everyone wanting to reach out to English-language readers, not just here in Libya but around the world, who need to know what is happening in the New Libya, in these exciting and challenging times.

On behalf of all the Libya Herald team – Thank You and keep on reading! [/restrict]
