Jortikka-Laitinen offered during this meeting – according to the Libyan News Agency – her country’s readiness to contribute to the reconstruction of the country and to provide expertise in the field of university education, technical and artistic support as well as the construction of laboratories and scientific laboratories buildings, both, in research centres and at Libya’s universities and colleges.
The two also discussed provision of opportunities for Libyan students to study in Finland, in addition to assistance in developing scientific relations between research centers of both countries.
