Tripoli, 19 April 2012:

As part of the resumption of work by oil service companies, the Advanced Environment Company for Construction (ACE Libya) . . .[restrict]has announced that it will restart, as of 21 April, the communications project linking sites and oil fields in the Sirte Basin. The second phase of the network fiber-optic cables project is being executed on behalf of a number of oil companies: Waha, Agoco, Mellita, Zueitina, Harouge, Mabrouk and Wintershall.

ACE Libya will appoint three teams to carry out the works and they will be spread across the area — Gallo, Bahi and the Zallah fields.  Works had stopped during the 17 February revolution.

ACE called on the oil companies to help it complete its work on time.
