Tripoli 14 April:
Administrative employees of the appeal courts in Suq Al-Juma, Swani, Ghut Ashaal, as well as colleagues from Aziziya, Sebha . . .[restrict]and Benghazi demonstrated on Saturday morning outside of the court complex in Tripoli. They were demanding that a workers’ union be recognised and that all non-contractual employees who had been dismissed be formally reinstated.
The protestors also demanded a review of salaries, the setting up of bonuses for good performance as well as the provision of health insurance.
They say they want judicial officers appointed by courts to given all the assistance and help they require.
