Industry minister talks trade relations with Turkish ambassador

Tripoli, April 8 

The Minister of Industry, Mahmoud Fteisi, met in Tripoli with the Turkish Ambassador to Libya, Ali Kamal.

They discussed Libyan-Turkish . . .[restrict]cooperation in the fields of industry, trade, and services, as well as exchange of expertise, human resources development, technology transfer and ways to best utilise the trade agreements signed between the two countries.

The importance of activating bilateral industrial investment between the two countries and expanding its horizons was stressed, as was the provision of investment opportunities in the private and public sectors in the two countries.

The meeting also dealt with the ongoing preparations for the Second Arab-Turkish Industrial Cooperation Conference which will take place in Libya on May 7-8. [/restrict]
