He was speaking to reporters following his meeting on Friday with the Libyan Minister of Waqf and Religious Affairs, Hamza Abu-Fares.
In his statement, El-Otmani stressed Morocco’s willingness to improve its ties with Libya and take them to much higher levels. Abu-Fares has been visiting Morocco to participate in an international forum on “Maliki jurisprudence” held in Tangiers. [/restrict]
