Mangoush in Cairo

The Libyan commander-in-chief, General Yousef Al-Mangoush, left Cairo on Saturday after a three-day visit during which he met with Field Marshall . . .[restrict]Hussein Tantawi, the head of the Egyptian armed forces and of the ruling Military Council. The two discussed opportunities and security cooperation between the two countries.

Mangoush also met with General Sami Anan, the deputy head of the Egyptian military council.

The Libyan commander-in-chief  arrived in Cairo last Wednesday in what is the first visit by a top Libyan military official to Egypt since the Libyan revolution. [/restrict]
