Egyptian Foreign Minister, Mohamed Amr, called on Monday for closer economic collaboration between Egypt Libya and Sudan.
Speaking in the Sudanese capital . . .[restrict]Khartoum following a meeting with Sudan’s State Minister for foreign affairs, Salah Wanasi, he said that Egypt wanted to see greater integration between the three countries. He called a “golden triangle”, saying that it was time to move from thinking about projects to putting them into practice for the benefit of all three countries.
He spoke specifically about the need for improving communications between the three — in particular more roads. [/restrict]
