Zueitina Oil Company reported today that technical teams at Al-Intisar Field (103D) have restarted the Crude Oil Recovery System following a period of inactivity, reintegrating it into the field's operational workflow.

Recovering wasted oil, protecting the environment
The system recovers oil that accumulates in water ponds due to operational disruptions, separates it, and returns it to the production lines, thereby minimizing crude loss and protecting the environment.

41,000 barrels recovered
The company said that since its restart, the system has successfully recovered approximately 41,000 barrels of crude oil between July and 20 September.

Zueitina said this initiative is part of the efforts by the national workforce to refurbish facilities and equipment and to ensure the continuity of operations with high efficiency.
