Tripoli’s Al-Hadba Al-Khadra General Hospital reported yesterday that, in a remarkable medical achievement, it had successfully implanted 9 deep brain stimulation (DBS) devices for patients suffering from severe motor disorders, over three consecutive days.
The procedures were conducted with the support of the Department of Support and Development of Medical Services (DSDMS).

- High accuracy in the position of the electrodes according to the rays
- Noticeable improvement as medication doses begin to be reduced
- An integrated care protocol was put in place, and the patients left the hospital in excellent health within a short period.
