1st Libya People Leadership in Energy Forum to be held in Tripoli from 9-10 February

Supported by the Libyan British Business Council (LBBC), the 1st Libya People Leadership in Energy Forum, will take place on 9–10 February 2026 at a leading hotel in Tripoli

The exclusive two-day initiative brings together senior HR and People & Culture leaders from the oil & gas and wider energy sector.

Organised by Tempus, the forum is designed to provide a focused space for peer exchange and thoughtful discussion around the priorities shaping the future of work in Libya and the wider region.

Conversations will explore human capital development, local content growth and implementation, and the continued evolution of HR practices through data-driven insights, benchmarking, and innovative approaches.

The event is intended specifically for HR professionals working within the energy sector.
Registration is required and subject to approval.
