The Planning Ministry of the Tripoli based Libyan government is to hold a workshop on its ‘‘Libya Vision 2050’’ project at an unspecified date.
The revelation came during the meeting of the Steering Committee of the Libya Vision 2050 project held at the Ministry of Planning last Sunday (17 August), chaired by the Acting Minister of Planning Mohamed Al-Zeidani, and in the presence of members of the committee.
The meeting reviewed the technical and logistical preparations for the upcoming workshop and discussed mechanisms to ensure broad participation from various state institutions and relevant authorities.
The Minister stressed that the Libya Vision 2050 project represents a strategic framework for comprehensive and sustainable development, and a milestone in the development planning process, stressing the importance of concerted efforts to make this national event a success.
