Libya’s state National Oil Corporation (NOC) announced yesterday that, in partnership with the American company “Freedom First,” it is preparing to organize the first Libyan American Energy Forum ‘‘soon’’.
The NOC said forum, which will be held in Libya, aims to strengthen bilateral relations between Libya and the United States, expand partnerships and investment in the oil and gas sector, and achieve a promising future for sustainable energy. It also aims to cooperate in the transfer of expertise and the localization of technical and technical knowledge.
This strategic meeting, the NOC continued, is scheduled to bring together a large group of representatives and delegates from leading American oil and gas companies, as well as a group of investors and their Libyan counterparts from the public and private sectors involved in the energy industry.
