The Tunisian General Consulate in Benghazi has officially reopened for the first time in more than a decade, the eastern based Libyan Foreign Ministry reported yesterday.
The eastern based Libyan Foreign Ministry said this step comes as an expression of confidence in the level of security and stability witnessed by Benghazi and other Libyan cities, and to strengthen bilateral relations between Libya and Tunisia.
