The Attorney General’s Office reported yesterday that it has initiated proceedings after the seizure of approximately 8.604 million hallucinogenic tablets containing the addictive substance pregabalin by Benghazi Customs Authorities at Benghazi Port.
The importers were attempting to smuggle the quantity into Libya inside a container. The container had arrived onboard a ship from India.
