CBL publishes latest revenues and spending figures from 1 January to 31 August 2023

The latest Central Bank of Libya bulletin shows that Libya’s total revenues were 78.2 billion dinars and expenses amounted to 68.3 billion dinars, leaving a surplus of 9.9 billion dinars for the period from 1/1/2023 until 31/8/2023.

For the same period, foreign exchange revenues amounted to US$ 16 billion, while total financial liabilities amounted to US$ 8.25 billion.
