The European Union’s ambassador to Libya, José Sabadell, affirmed Tuesday, the European Union’s continued support for Libya until the stage of stability reaches the success of the electoral process that the Libyan people aspire to, Libya’s state news agency LANA reported.
The European ambassador’s remarks came during the reception of Presidential Council Deputy, Musa al-Koni, during which Sabadell confirmed the end of his term in Libya.
Praising the efforts of the Presidential Council in resolving many files, the European ambassador also affirmed during the meeting the mission’s continued cooperation with the Presidential Council, announcing that it will carry out its work during the coming period from the capital, Tripoli.
