Libya’s Attorney General has ordered the detention of 5 hospital directors, 7 officials at the Ministry of Health and two directors of two companies, pending further investigations into corruption and embezzlement cases.
The five officials included members of the Compliance and Recognition Committee at the Ministry of Health, and the Director of the Pharmacy Department at the Ministry of Health and the Director of the Pharmacy Department at Al-Zahra Hospital.
