The Libyan Society of Orthopaedics and Sports Injuries (LASA) is holding its conference and exhibition in Tripoli from 14 to 15 May.
The event will be held in partnership with the Egyptian Arthroscopy and Sports Injuries Association (EGAA) and the Jordanian Sports Injury and Laparoscopic Surgery Group.
LASA said the conference will include a selection of local and international doctors, specialists and professors, specialists and those interested in orthopaedic and sports injuries, to present a set of scientific lectures, in addition to specialized workshops.
The conference will be accompanied by a medical exhibition that includes a group of well-established and leading companies in the field of importing the latest equipment, devices, hospital equipment and medical facilities.
The event is sponsored by the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Economy and Trade, the Ministry of Sports, the Libyan Radiological Society, the Medical Workforce Development Centre, and the General Health Insurance Fund.
