Libya to set up mechanism to facilitate return of contracted Korean companies

Libya’s (Tripoli based) Minister of Transport, Mohamed Shahubi, met a delegation from Korea’s Daewoo Company in Tripoli on Thursday at the Ministry’s Tripoli headquarters.

During the meeting, ways to activate the prospects for fruitful cooperation between the two countries were discussed and it was agreed to set up a mechanism to facilitate the return of international companies contracted with to implement and complete transportation projects.

The Ministry said this comes within its framework of following-up on strategic projects with international companies in the field of investments and putting them into practice.
