The Libya Council for Oil, Gas and Renewable Energy (LCOGRE) is organizing the Libya Solar Energy Expo at the Tripoli International Fairgrounds from 6 to 8 March.
The organizers say the renewable energies sector will be the largest part of the exhibition, in which everything related to solar energy and other tools, equipment and services associated with renewable energies are exhibited. There will also be scientific seminars and practical commercial presentations by exhibitors of their products.
They say that the diverse resources Libya enjoys such as the desert, seas and mountains provide the opportunity for it to work on enabling development projects in this field to ensure a sustainable future.
The exhibition aims to provide a better service to citizens by presenting participating companies with the latest devices and technologies in the field of alternative energy, including solar energy, wind energy, photovoltaic energy, batteries, storage and thermal energy etc.
