Libya’s National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) announced today that it has launched the Tahseen electronic anti-Coronavirus vaccination certificate.
The new app will also process PCR test certificates and is launched by the NCDC in cooperation with the Libya Telecom and Technology Company (LTT) and the Statistics and Information Office.
The NCDC said the new electronic certification will facilitate travel procedures by granting travellers certified certificates with a special QR code and help reduce forgery of vaccination cards.
