London, 5 October 2021:

A memorandum of understanding was signed Sunday in Tripoli at the Libyan Greek Forum for Economic Cooperation encouraging cooperation in the fields of renewable energies, investment and training.

Libya’s Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for International Cooperation and Organizations, Omar Keti, participated in the event was also attended by the head of the Libyan Investment Authority (LIA) Ali Mahmoud, the Greek Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for Economic Diplomacy and Cooperation, the Secretary General of International Economic Relations and Openness, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Authority for Investments and Foreign Trade and a number of experts and interested persons from the two countries.
